Cons

Customer service is non-existent, expectations are high with long hours for installers no thanks. Not a good place to be!

Started with zero experience, great training and great product. The company reinvests continually in its people and processes. The undisputed market leader. Marketing strategy provides quality leads on a consistent basis. Most freedom one could ever ask for in a sales career.

Cons

Tough to find any other than must be willing to have dynamic schedule and be self starter. Not a cubicle job. Great success comes at this company through hard work.

They do try to keep their people working. People in the office were very nice and easy to get along with. They do try to stick to their promises of the schedule for each project.

Cons

Took away all of the benefits. retirement. The field need a training program. Better supervision for the field not try to run them into the ground if the bids were wrong. The quality of work slips.
