Cons

Overworked & underpaid!!! Recruiter sucks you in with company culture & “potential” earnings but after working here a few short months u see how bad it is!! Wish I never would have said yes. Bad decision. Leaving as soon as I have another job lined up!!!

Cons

It's similar to running your own business, without any of the benefits of running your own business. Corporate puts additional work on your plate and fails to provide any level of support. Overworked and under paid.

I enjoyed my actual job duties and co-workers

I cannot understand how this company gets away with paying their employees so little. I worked in the Lewisberry, PA corporate office, and made less than $12/ hour for a position that REQUIRED a Bachelor's Degree. I asked for more money, and was told no, so I found a new job. Ownership does NOT care about employees at all, they only care about fat profit margins. I made a higher hourly rate in high school working at a grocery store. It's absolutely disgusting that they do not pay employees a living wage, yet try to manufacture a company culture that makes them seem like a "great place to work."
