      Pros

      Great benefits, very giving with dinners and holiday parties and yearly bonuses.

      Cons

      Work/home balance only for corporate office... if in logistics work all the time. Management is petty and micromanages everything. Gossip seems to run the office and management does not control it. There is no official HR, so no one to go to with issues. Management is tight nit, so any issues with your direct management is a waste of time trying to get it resolved because they will always take their side even when they are wrong. No growth opportunity.

      Pros

      Good company with good work life balance and can be flexible with time off or work from home, some what.

      Cons

      Nepotism at it's finest, be very wary of who you tell things too. Like a lot of companies, anything you say to anyone is not in any kind of confidence. Folks in the corporate office are like a bunch of high schoolers, gossiping all the time and probably working only about 30% of the time.

      Flexible working hours and breakfast is provided.

      Cons

      Worst company ever! The company has no formal training program. Training is provided by a staff of insecure employees who's afraid of losing accounts to those who they're supposed to be encouraging.
