Toxic environment Bullies are encouraged Abuse is ok Micro management People with most experience think they’re above everything and everyone The get aggressive if you question their ways People can hear when senior employees yell and abuse new ones, but no one defends you not even management. Employees talk freely about their hate for their job their customers and their own seles reps.
