Some of the employees are nice

Cons

Management is biased and its very hard to grow in that company. One only grows if you are friends with management, they turn a blind eye at the hard work one does. And they over work you and somehow you are responsible for the job of 5 people. Your a 1person show and no other people get held accountable for their mistakes all fault becomes yours. And management likes to micromanagement.
