      Pros

      There was a lot more pros about a year ago. New leadership had changed things, removed 30-40% of ecom team members, requires in-office (even if they say it’s a remote role), HR is always confused.

      Cons

      Inexperienced leadership, low pay vs. market, string you along and make promises knowing they won’t fulfill them.

      Pros

      they were flexible during the pandemic but that has lessened over time.

      Cons

      A lot of managers have no idea what's going on and there is a huge lack of transparency across all departments. Seems like they're consolidating the company as a whole and rumors speculating a buy out which is making everyone really nervous. Top leaders are leaving which scares us too. HR isn't helping.

      Good franchise with expanding product line

      unorganized ownership (Boise/Nampa), miserable employee morale, low pay for amount of knowledge needed by store associates, no respect for employees. got rid of water cooler to save money
