      Got paid for time worked

      Cons

      Low pay scale resulted in never enough employees. Had to pull employees from one store to another. Gave manager titles to employees with little training. Hired employees with past drug problems which always failed. Employee Handbook / Policy manual contained hundreds of emails with nothing stated concerning employee benefits. All incentive programs were a joke. Owner made money selling required company shirts to employees.

      Learn useful things about batteries and light bulbs Meet interesting people throughout the day.

      Cons

      You will be severely underpaid for the amount of education they expect. You will be forced to volunteer hours when you have met you 40 hours a week or be fired. You will be forced to do manager duties as a basic employee but not be paid for it.
