Pros

You can learn a lot in this job, especially with the large amount of services the company covers. Batteries, bulbs, plus tech work, device repair, key fob programming, key cutting, and commercial sales keep you busy.

Cons

There is a lot of training to do, and a lot of sexism in the field. Sometimes it is especially difficult to deal with the customer base, as there is a lack of understanding of the field.

Family owned company that dont care about their employees, micro management with a bad attitude, they talk fown tp their employees, no benefits

Pros

no specific training needed. mostly on the job training. background in computers,automotive,electrical or sales is a help. Pay is reasonable for retail. flexible hours. Commission / spiff system set up to make up for lack raises and bonuses based off of store and individual sales.

Cons

Not much room for advancement. Benefits not included. Normally starting positions are contractors through a local temp agency with option to hire after several months. No standard raises.
