A growing company that treats their operation team like dirt

Sometimes there is free food and jewelry I have met some really great people and I liked most of my coworkers A few blocks away from the subway Monthly birthday celebrations for people Tv and vending machines in cafeteria

Management really does have a good way of making you feel like you're living the real life "Mean Girls". The last person who wrote that was onto something. All the nice people left, got fired or have turned so jaded by Baublebar. The warehouse is still under going many changes which caused discomfort for people such as being too cold or too hot. Sometimes I felt unsafe in the warehouse. There is dust everywhere! And supplies run out fast so there were times when no soap was in either bathrooms. Many of the other bad reviews are right. There were fights that occasionally happened and the infamous hammer story did happen as well as weed smell coming from the lockers. I'm not exactly sure why HR responds to those reviews disclaiming and calling the former employee disgruntled. Many people start there very happy to be given the opportunity and quickly realize just how bad the place can get. Job security does not exist in the warehouse. Everyone is constantly on edge, feeling as though they will lose their jobs. You could lose your job for anything! Even something small as not being well liked by the managers. You can give a lot of yourself to this place, they will take advantage of it and then fire you. There were times when people were forced to work 24 hour shifts. Granted, they did get paid overtime but this is extremely unjust. Sometimes management would say no one could get overtime and other times they go for extreme measures and make people do long shifts such as 24 hours. They would "suggest" it to people but let's face it, when you know if you don't do it someone will be very mad, you're being forced. Raises come yearly but don't actually expect it after a year.. You're going to have a bad time.
