Fellow employees are all friendly, smart, and hard working. You are given a lot of responsibility without being micromanaged. Great culture, great benefits, great product.

Cons

Employees are often under resourced, and have to compensate with time-consuming workarounds to support customers well.

Pros

If you are looking for a company where you can learn, have responsibility immediately and be apart of a growing Company, Baxter is for you! The benefits are great, the people are great, the work life balance is great. Let me put it this way, they celebrate your birthday as an office what could get better than that. Its a company that understand their employees and its a company that is going to keep achieving great things!

Cons

There are some small growing pains as new positions are created.
