Pros
The thing I love most about working at Baxter Planning Systems is that I genuinely feel appreciated by the management and by my fellow employees. BPS really has a great environment-- friendly, fun, laid-back, but hard-working. You can really tell that the management team cares about the employees by providing amazing benefits, competitive pay, bonuses, company lunches, snacks, desserts and company events. I also love that I can bring in my dog! The management is easy to talk to, and open to discussing any problems or suggestions. I really feel like my ideas are valued and that I have a strong future here! The company is continuing to grow and I definitely recommend working here!
Cons
The only thing that has been difficult for me is resisting the sweets that are in the office. Thankful that they also offer healthy snacks.
