Pros

Decent pay if you are a worker bee. Can't think of anything else positive to say.

Cons

Senior management at local facility are completely out for themselves and promoting their own careers, at the expense of those below them. Worst culture in that regard than I've ever experienced in 40 years of work. They consistently entice you but never come through on their promises. Corporate is only after pleasing the shareholders and demand perfection of the folks on the production floor. If you have any skills whatsoever, avoid this place. You will be underpaid, manipulated, lied to and under pressure constantly.

Pros

Overall the workplace is great. Co workers were great and if they weren't then you just stay away from them. Teamwork with your shift mates was great and and you can work with other shifts just as long as you do your job before they you are relieved.

Cons

Management. From the manager to the supervisor of each shift to the assistant supervisors. They are not in the same page. One shift does it differently than another shift and causes problems. My supervisor used the same review on me twice and admitted it. No chance for growth even when you work hard and show that you can do it. Sometimes they already have someone in mind and you have no true shot at it
