Pros

Friendly, open working environment. Using your initiative and suggesting process improvements is encouraged. Lots of developmental opportunities for those who seek progression both laterally and vertically. Excellent work life balance, flexibility is there but it goes both ways.

Cons

It's very busy and can be stressful at times depending on the role but support is there. Summer holidays are set.

Baxter is a strong company with very good products and services . Baxter is taking in consideration seriously the wellbeing of his employees. The mission is clear and understable. The Ethic standard is very high

Cons

Baxter is too much diversyified . It has too many business units not always where is difficult to find the sinergy among them. Baxter is loosing focus.
