Baxter has an inspiring mission and vision and the work we do makes a difference. Growth mentality and a fair culture based upon diversity and inclusivity. Despite the size of the organisation there is a strong desire to remain agile.

Cons

The head office is not easy to get to and there are limited local hotels.

This powerful philosophy keeps us to work for a company where you can relate the purpose of work strongly. A highly flexible and open culture builds up to organization’s strength.

With a positive and change mindset, though there have been different functional silos (as like any organization of this scale), active steps are taken to adapt to changing market and industry needs
