A couple of your comments resonated with us, particularly "agile team", especially as we are presently living in a fast-moving world, and it is impossible to stand still. Being agile for us means continuously evolving. We also agree with purposeful work and the opportunity to grow internationally. Your comment regarding communication being at times challenging is fair. Baxter supplies the NHS so business is guaranteed

Cons

Senior managers at the Thetford site blame everyone else for failures and ignore each other’s shortcomings as they are all as bad as each other. The HR department is known as the “no-go” department as nobody trusts them and they do not look out for the interests of the employees. Many good people have left that have been there a long time and new people do not seem to stay long. People are overloaded and the culture is very negative in what was once a good company
