      Increased workload due to growth, no additional headcount in key support functions, and job uncertainty.

      Pros

      Great company to work for prior to the news of the impending company split. The people who work there are great.

      Cons

      No work-life balance, getting temporary help is virtually an impossible request to fulfill at this time due to the impending company split and company-wide reorganization. The office culture is changing as some people are stressed, moving to other groups, or leaving the company, whether the decision was made by them or upper management through the company-split initiative.

      Pros

      The pay is really good here, higher then most companies. The people working are good people seem to really care.

      Cons

      Management is disconnected, they do try but it doesn't seem genuine. more like lip service. Bonuses are more important then actual safety.

      Pros

      You learn a lot because you get so much dumped on you. The down side is you never get paid for it.

      Cons

      So much critical work is being offshored it amazes me some functions can even operate. This work comes back with numerous errors. In addition there is so much work to do but the cheap VP's won't hire anyone in addition to handle it. Salaries are a joke!! If you're looking for a good wage DO NOT COME TO BAXTER! The newer people wonder why we have so much trouble with the FDA, but the older folks now exactly why. We keep making the same stupid mistakes based on Managements idiotic decisions.The morale issues I face on a daily basis with Baxters Qaulity issues is truly scary.
