When our facility’s ops were moved offshore, the mgmt team made our transitions as easy as possible, which showcased for me what good bosses should look like. Being paid below market rate What that other guy said about a sinking ship feels accurate. Baxter doesn't know what to do with its acquisitions. Incompetent management gets hired rather than internal promotion. It's a comfortable place to work, but a deeply sad place to work.
