Pros

High Pay Benefits Friendly Co-Worker Great Team Support If temp for 6 months, you will be hire into the team as full time employee.

Cons

Force Mandatory Saturday for past few months (Not sure they will stop it because they are still doing it till this day base on the Facebook North Cove Page -2017- ), Un-Friendly Co-worker, Poor HR Team, Poor Management, Many Change which makes your life harder, New machine to force you to work faster but will always hurt you and have lots of down time, Company may (mostly a lot) not listen to you if you are unable to work, More new machine = More down times = More mandatory Saturday = No times off, New Supervisor = Down times = Confuse among others = No one know what is going on, Many people quit which cause stressful for many employees trying to run one lines.
