      Pros

      Sick days can be converted into PTO. That is truly the only one I can think of

      Cons

      Since Joe came in to improve margins, he has cut EVERY benefit at the company. We used to have a great culture, with annual business trips, birthday parties, and holiday celebrations, but since he was brought in, we have nothing left. The workforce has been cut down to the bare bones. Everyone in my group has left at this point. I have been a loyal and hardworking employee for 10+ years and will probably never be promoted. I will be leaving soon
