      Benefits, mission to save and sustain and covid response.

      Cons

      My manager and manager's manager are out of touch with reality. It's exhausting just taking orders and not be able to give feedback or develop new strategies. Constantly told, it's how it is and just do it. Pushing diversity and inclusion, but the manager's manager does not understand what that means excluding ethnic groups-- we are only focused on one ethnic group. Perhaps some training could help this leader be more inclusive.
