Hard to move up in current role because of step by step required promotion. If you want a good job don't come into an entry level position. I Outside candidates that have the similar experience to in-house candidates will get interviews, if the in-house candidate is not in the next step position. No long provides a lot of benefits that it did five years ago. No pension, no employee appreciation, reduced employee perfect attendance incentive, reduced matching IIP benefits. Lacks a strong in house hr for employee concerns; not a good hr system for those lacking computer skill. Managers have been know to create a hostile work environment for quality. Work environment constantly changing, and constant decrease in positions.
