      Pros

      Big company with good job security. Lots of entry level positions. Lots of chances promotions and mobility.

      Cons

      Non-competitive employment rates. Management doesn't seem to care, I know dozens of people who who are awaiting overdue pay raises, some even waiting longer than 2 months. Not a bad place to start to get experience, but I would never recommend the work environment to anyone. Accountability isn't what it should be, instead of trying to fix issues they pinpoint easy excuses and people to use as scapegoats. The bureaucracy is horrible, needs to be streamlined and more organized.

      Pros

      Not sure there is much to say after things are being dismantled- The leaders of the organization are very unprofessional.

      Cons

      Leadership skills lacking, communication is poor, you are not a valued member of the staff if you are not located in Deerfield and/or under the wing of Talent Management Leader. The style in which the group was dismantled- and currently ongoing- is beyond unprofessional and a clear indication of how much people are valued. Best of luck getting and keeping talent.

      Pros

      You get paid weekly and make a decent wage considering you do not have a college education. Work is not too hard.

      Cons

      The culture and attitudes of the people that work there make it a difficult place to work @ times. You have people that try to boss you around when they have no authority themselves.
