A good place to work but needs some improvements

- Easily accessible via public transportation - Hybrid work environment (2 days WFH) - Work life balance - Good benefits (wellness funds, 13th month salary etc.) - Great teammates

Cons

-Too many different systems used and not well aligned with each other. - Micromanaging/ Lack of trust on employee - Lack of communication between business users - Lack of clear direction from upper management. Frequently change - Focus more on productivity/volumes rather than accuracy. - No promotion to senior position for AP whereas other division/department (A2R, tax etc.) has that.
