      Pros

      I had a great team and both my managers were incredible. They were both very supportive and helped me come up with ways to advance my career.

      Cons

      I've heard from my friends that they have not had such good experiences with their managers. It depends on the team you are in.

      Pros

      Benefits not too bad but do not compensate for the working environment.

      Cons

      Young line managers who do not know how to communicate and do not want anyone working there who has an opinion or challenges them. My way or no way, even if suggestions would improve the quality of patient service. Poor induction and training for the actual role. Overload of online training modules, most of which are not linked to the role. Lack of communication. Archaic systems- manual, unreliable and slow . Most people I met were dissatisfied with the way they were treated. Think very carefully before joining.
