Cons
As most businesses do, there can be events that come up outside of ER that interfere with your schedule. The PM's don't always communicate with each other, thus they may book you for two jobs at once. In addition, there is a strong divide amongst the three branches of the business: Household Hazardous Waste, The Shop/ER, and the Office.
