Hospital does not care for their staff. You have to ride a shuttle to get to campus (not paid time). Lots of lateral violence, seen with management and peers. Late by 1 minute and it goes in your record.

Felt Like an Ant... Nurses have to park in a lot away from the hospital and be shuttled in to work, which adds an additional 15 min to commute one way and in the winter, parking lot is not covered, so you have to shovel out after shift, and only one small open enclosure from the elements that only a few people fit into; Often overwhelming patient to nurse ratios. Was told it would never be more than 5/1, but was regularly 7/1
