It's somewhat of an easy job and the pay is not bad. You do your job on your own without having a manager breathing down your neck.

Cons

Short staffed seems to be an ongoing issue. A lack of communication between management and employees is also an ongoing issue.

Pros

Interaction with several different departments as well as the public at times. Given more responsibility over time. People from the doctors offices were always very nice.

Cons

New management is a challenge with incorporation of productivity. Productitivity was always measured against only one activity and management was never present working in offices day to day to conclude employees were or were not being productive.

I honestly have nothing positive to say about this company. They only care about control, not patient satisfaction. If you want to work for a company that employs over 12,000 people then they are for you.

Cons

They are a large health system flexing their wings, always looking to expand their grip on smaller medical practices. They spout that patient satisfaction is the number one priority, but in the end they only care about money and spending as little as possible.
