It was great until an outside company took over resulting in short staffing and low on necessary supplies.

It's somewhat of an easy job and the pay is not bad. You do your job on your own without having a manager breathing down your neck.

Cons

Short staffed seems to be an ongoing issue. A lack of communication between management and employees is also an ongoing issue.
