      Helping the community, improving health, good commute, enjoyable workmates, good insurance plan, never had a issue with a health or dental claim

      Cons

      Not great on education opportunities, largely ignored by management unless an issue errupted, lacking performance feedback, no formal review, no written goals or objectives, wide salary gaps among some grade FTEs
