      Pros

      Really great patients and community. Other employees are lovely.

      Cons

      Mergers and acquisitions of smaller community hospitals great for business but terrible communication by management through a high stress process.

      Pros

      Coworkers are supportive and we work hard together to get the work done and keep our group's morale up.

      Cons

      The environment is toxic. Benefits continue to be cut more and more. Morale gets lower every time a cut is made. Zero communication with employees. We have more work piled on us with less resources and less man-power in which to do it.

      There are changes to adapt to at a moments notice. You must be on top of your game. You must keep informed with emails of info and be a self advocate.

      Cons

      Too many chiefs. Lots of favoritism. What is ok for one is not for another.
