      Engaging, effective, crisis management and treatment-oriented program, run by competent psychologist and psychiatrist. Great social workers to implement and continue treatment plan post-discharge.

      Lacks a cohesive, positive workplace culture and needed team, collaborative environment. Lacks effective management to ensure positive culture, team and collaborative environment, and policy adherence among employees.
