Loved the team. Hardworking with little encouragement.

Cons

No room for promotion unless you were a personal friend. Couldn't meet deadlines because expectations kept changing at the 11th hour. Rot from the head down.

High quality health care; only tertiary care facility in the region; excellent midlevel managers

Cons

Strict corporate "dog-eat-dog" culture; academic medicine is of much less importance; Claim to be transparent in upper management but they are absolutely NOT. Little creativity in leadership. Highly gender stigmatized. Very few people of color above line staff.
