      Small hospital, working on the med/surg units you get to know most of the nurses and CNAs, and it has a family vibe.

      Cons

      Staffing at nights is too low at times

      One of the bigger employers in Springfield, MA Involved in community projects

      Cons

      It's about who you know. If you're related to a manager that works here you can do all kinds of things and not get fired. HR is only concerned with protecting managers and their jobs. Be careful about which department you get hired into because if your manager doesn't like you it's very difficult to transfer out.
