      Pros

      Dedicated team members who are committed to making sure the IT systems are the best they can be for the clinical partners and for the patients. Lately projects have been challenging, but the team always pulls through. Progressive IT vision. My work is meaningful.

      Cons

      There is a lot of demand for IT and the pace is constant and the pressure is constant. Demand is a good problem to have, but leadership needs to find a way to manage demand and push for better prioritization. Work/Life balance is not always balanced lately.
