      Decent salary for the location Challenging work Opportunities to learn

      Inexperienced leadership who blindly take orders from the higher, "fluff" leadership. Deadlines are never met, turnover rate is high, gallup (employee engagement) scores are at an all-time low, dishonest leadership (proven multiple times, not an opinionated accusation). If you're considering employment at Baystate, ASK ABOUT GALLUP TRENDS!!! If the scores are low or have decreased recently, no excuse that a manager can provide will justify poor feedback given directly by employees through this survey.

      No flex time, so it can be tough to build up personal time.
