      Pros

      Large employer, many wonderful employees and managers. Career Opportunities if you are willing to work hard, be a team player and have a good attitude. Great place if you are interested in working in a busy healthcare environment. Baystate Medical Center is a Magnet Designated hospital, which is attractive to people in patient care jobs.

      Cons

      As with all Healthcare facilities, there are lots of change going on, which isn't always a bad thing except that some long term staff can be resistant to change.
