Business Outlook
Pros
Baystate has strong, supportive teams throughout the organization. Although it is a HUGE organization, I don't feel like a number, or lost in the shuffle. You can feel the connection to our mission, even if not in a patient care setting. I do find a lot of support from management, if you take the initiative to go for it. Culture of the company is positive and community driven.
Cons
Budget problems have stopped some travel and conference opportunities. Hopefully it will come back. No other real complaints here.
