Very good when your senior leader is very good Highly regarded hospital with top-tier patient care HR department knows what its like to work there, really cares and tries to improve environment

Cons

Very bad when your senior leader is bad, and there's no one really to turn to about that Pay is much lower for administrative people than at other institutions; they play with job titles and descriptions to pay you less than you deserve Parking is a nightmare Political environment and in-fighting make collaboration nearly impossible Lack of strong leadership makes middle managers frustrated and impotent

the boss only care about them self. they are mean to the worker. When there are problem with u and the boss they wont help u out. they wanted to write u up for everything.

There are nice non-leadership coworkers.

Cons

The most toxic work environment I have ever experienced. I have never felt so awkward and unwelcome by people in charge. Until they learn you are useful and drain you of everything. Nobody who works at Wing lasts very long. Leadership is toxic and abusive, but get away with it because the hospital meets the targets they need to.
