Forced to take shuttle to and from work- have to show up to the parking lot to make it on the bus in time and you're not paid for it. Patient population can be tough to deal with at times, many patients are not in a good way and can take their anger out on you (addicts specifically). Level 1 trauma academic center, you will be learning a lot but you will most certainly be on your feet hustling for almost your entire shift (if not the whole shift). Don't expect to get your lunch break.

Having been at this facility for 20 years, many changes and none were for the better. They keep taking away holidays. They bought their own health insurance company which you would think would make premiums go down and better coverage. NOPE. Stagnant wages. Chronically understaffed, life most hospitals. Way too top heavy in management. A lot of management for us in Greenfield is now OFF SITE - no on-site management. I haven’t seen a manager or supervisor in over a year. Ridiculous.
