Cons

Too many chiefs , and not enough Indians . Entitlement due to nationality, and rewards for codependent behavior, immature behaviors vs. professionalism.

It has an international mix of staff which creates a multi cultural environment.

Cons

Because of the multi culturalism cliques can form and there can be a sense of hierarchy of who gets listened to more than others based on where they are from and how they are subjectively perceived by admin.
