      Pros

      Health insurance benefits are good without being overly expensive. It is one of the largest hospitals this side of New England. Plenty of learning opportunities offered with encouragement to continue progressing your career.

      Cons

      Work environments vary from unit to unit and it can really make or break the job. I haven't had an overly negative experience but on my unit favoritism can be a problem.
