The company isn't doing that well right now and wasn't doing as good when I was there. The pay wasn't that good.

Will fire you for questioning patient safety

The regular staff are good people, despite terrible and feckless leadership.

Cons

If you ask questions about working conditions and patient safety they will fire you. And then they will lie and defame you. I have recordings that prove Baystate lied about why they fired me.

most everything else. underpaid, underappreciated, understaffed. not an environment conducive to learning because staff aren't given the resources to do so.
