Your review is insightful, and we encourage you to discuss with your manager opportunities to advance in your career thus increasing your compensation. Please also take into consideration the benefits full time employees receive; up to 4 weeks of PTO which you have the option to cash out once a year, 4% match for retirement savings, medical benefit for employees and dependents that start at only $10 per paycheck (plus you receive up to $1500-4500 per year from Baywood to help with co-pays, pharmacy, etc.), meals for only $3, scholarships, bonuses.

Thank you for the 5-star rating; this is what we strive to achieve because we genuinely want our employees to have a meaningful experience. Yes, we agree wholeheartedly that events can be stressful and there are various moments while at work where we face pressure. During these times, it's important to try to focus on the mission and purpose, and how the task that we are performing aligns with our mission of caring for our seniors. Your position as diet aide was crucial to ensuring the residents received their daily nutrition timely, to keep them healthy and happy. Thank you for your service.
