Please also take into consideration the benefits full time employees receive; up to 4 weeks of PTO which you have the option to cash out once a year, 4% match for retirement savings, medical benefit for employees and dependents that start at only $10 per paycheck (plus you receive up to $1500-4500 per year from Baywood to help with co-pays, pharmacy, etc.), meals for only $3, scholarships, bonuses.
