Having said that, you're correct that working in Rec Therapy (RT) is absolutely a great way to get your foot in the door and gain experience. The positions are based on resident needs and many of the RT positions are entry level, not necessarily requiring a 4-year degree (starting pay reflects level of education, responsibilities, etc. required). If you were full-time, you will know that our benefits are generous.
