Thank you for the 4-star rating. We are glad you chose Baywood to start your RN career - we hope you found that it is a safe place to learn, especially for a new grad. We are in agreement that understaffing can lead to challenges. Though the years 2020 to 2022 have brought many staffing challenges with the Great Resignation and Great Reshuffle, our Administrator and Director of Nursing have maintained the per patient day ratio (resident to employee ratio) as required by the Department of Public Health. We are grateful for our CNAs, licensed nurses and all of our team members who have committed to caring for our residents, especially during these unprecedented times. Thank you for your service.

We appreciate your feedback and we are sorry we didn't meet your expectations. We hope you were able to resolve some of the concerns prior to your departure, including sharing feedback with our CEO who is always willing to meet with employees regarding their experience. We are glad you felt our pay and resident to nurse ratios were positive takeaways - this is valuable information for us. Best of luck on your new journey.
