I'm sorry you didn't have the best experience at Baywood Court. I do hope that you found a new job that is more suitable for you and meets your needs. Our pay and benefits are competitive and we do reviews of our pay scales to ensure we are within market rates for the area. I do agree it's rough out here in the Bay; and we will take heed to your advice to continue to review our pay scales throughout the year. Thank you and best of luck to you.

We are glad you are receiving good support from your team and we agree that our housekeeping department does a fabulous job with keeping the facility clean! Scheduling issues become problematic, we agree, when staff call off. Management does have the responsibility to fill the open shifts in order to maintain a very specific staff to resident ratio to avoid being understaffed. There is always room for improvement and we would like to hear the suggestions you have to help us improve. Please feel free to submit them to our suggestion box or the HR office (you can choose to be anonymous).

Pros

I was a server. I loved most of the residents, got free food, flexible schedule, fun coworkers, understanding management.

Cons

Stressful when short staffed but if you’re a strong server then you’ll be fine
