Pros
The people give you great quick feedback. You have a lot of resources for reviewing reviews. You can do everything from home, and only need to come in maybe twice a year for an overview or new training. You pick a 12-hour time slot that allows you to flexible when you complete reviewing your assigned reviews.
Cons
It is difficult to be diligent reading reviews for hours straight. I frequently had to use urbandictionary.com to figure out what people were writing in their reviews.
