Title: Good Learning Opportunities, but Leadership and Culture Need Major Improvement Pros: The company does provide opportunities to explore new ideas, work on different technologies, and take ownership of tasks. Employees who are proactive can gain decent exposure and learning experience. Cons: The biggest drawback of the organization is the unhealthy work culture. Internal politics and favoritism are very common, and decisions often seem to depend more on personal connections than actual performance or contribution. One major concern is that senior management tends to give attention and importance mainly to employees who have been in the company for many years, while newer employees or fresh perspectives are often ignored. Instead of encouraging talent and innovation equally, there is a visible bias toward a selected group of long-term employees. This creates frustration and makes many hardworking employees feel undervalued. Management also appears disconnected from real team-level issues and does very little to improve transparency or fairness. Genuine concerns and feedback are often overlooked, while visibility and favoritism seem to matter more than actual results. The overall environment can become mentally exhausting due to constant politics, lack of recognition, poor communication, and limited trust in leadership. Many employees with good skills and intent eventually lose motivation because efforts are not appreciated fairly. The company has potential, but unless leadership seriously improves the culture, transparency, and merit-based recognition, it will continue struggling with employee morale and retention.
