Pros

None at all other than.......... ??? The holiday party where you are forced to play nice with people you see every day? Even this so-called wonderful event has large downsides.

Cons

Division Directors are allowed to walk all over their employees, treat them with disrespect and certain managers have no work place decorum. Recruiters are shuffled in and out, there is almost no training and the compensation is despicable for the amount of work you do. Especially on nights, weekends, holidays and vacations. Managers are free to contact recruiters at any given time day or night and have no regard for their employees personal and family time.

Pros

Truly, I can't think of one.

Cons

Communication-awful. Was told this job was an Administrative Assistant, turned out to be for an "Operations Specialist" which isn't even anything I have experience with. Giant Red Flag. During the interview, was told they would need 2-3 months before directly hiring. That was a lie. This was NEVER a potential offer- according to their own mouth months later, this wasn't a long term opp. I asked multiple times for a status update b/c when I interviewed, this was a temp to hire opp. As I progressed a couple of months, I started to realize that was absolutely a temp job. Asked both Beacon Hill and the disgusting company I worked for to give me an update in January to no avail. I was abruptly let go at the beginning of May. In between, I was in communication bi-weekly with my recruiter and company asking for a clear date to which my job would end. There was NEVER a clear answer, until I was told I was no longer needed. This left me no time to even start a job search or figure out my future, and the whole time Beacon Hill bent over backwards for this company while keeping me in the dark. I'm still being harassed about a computer that could easily be sent in a box, but for some reason, they want to come pick it up and adjust more of my life to accommodate them. I don't wish this experience on anyone.

Pros

Performance Opportunities: Beacon Hill provides a platform to excel in performance metrics. Client Engagement: the company offers opportunities to work with significant clients and make impactful contributions. Commitment to Learning: The company supports learning and adapting,

Cons

My insights into Beacon Hill Staffing Group come from observing the experience of an Account Executive who worked there for a little over two months. During his tenure, he was responsible for securing new business clients and demonstrated significant success in his role. He successfully onboarded a major client, and consistently excelled in meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). His dedication was evident as he often arrived first at the office and took on the challenges of this role eagerly. However, his tenure ended abruptly due to an incident that highlighted several concerning practices at Beacon Hill, including issues of racism (as he was the only person of color in the entire office) and poor decision-making by leadership.
