They’d give you less than 12 hours notice if you need to come into the office. Management didn’t communicate or train properly - made negative remarks whenever questions were asked. They lied about having a team structure and people to learn from because they stuck me in a small office space with only my division director - less than 6 feet apart during COVID. They didnt give me a mentor to officially train me until 4 months in. They weren’t understanding of home emergencies when working remotely - I was fired because I let them know 2 hours after the incident occurred and not right away even though i was in the ambulance during that time.

My time at Beacon was absolutely terrible. The Director is a bully and allows her team members to gossip about former team members as well as current (anything from people having eating disorders, people's personal finances, people's looks etc). I know in the past HR has been called about the Director but nothing seems to have been done. It's an unprofessional and toxic workplace where you're paid extremely poorly (the comp tiers are a joke) and are expected to do everything from recruiting to onboarding to chasing down consultants to log their hours for payroll. They also do not provide any equipment (which is not normal in staffing)! Hopefully upper management realizes how poorly the So Cal region is being run and how toxic it's become when they realize there's been a mass exodus from every office in So Cal.
